Please meet your Allied Health Assistant, Emily Folan
Emily, who has a passion for health, well-being and caring for others, has worked previously in a busy regional hospital.
She completed a Certificate IV in allied health assistance 2 years ago, undertaking work placement alongside allied health teams serving rehabilitation, medical and surgical wards.
Emily is excited to be starting her new career with Reflecting Health, giving her the opportunity to care for and support her local community. She is firmly committed to continually furthering her knowledge and skills within the health industry.
A little about Emily's life
Emily has a strong passion for prioritising personal health and well-being and creating a healthy work/life balance.
Emily has many hobbies that include yoga, travelling, taking long walks or hikes around the beautiful north-east and surrounds areas, hunting and looking after her two very active fur babies.
In her spare time, you can mostly find Emily outside in her vegetable garden or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Emily comes from an Italian background, and she is committed to continue to cook her family’s traditional meals, preserves and cured meats. She also loves a good farmers market.
